While performing work for ACAS (A Cut Above Services, LLC), all vendors must be licensed and insured with a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability insurance, errors and omissions insurance, and must have workers compensation insurance or an exemption. Applicants must possess their own equipment as well as have both knowledge and experience in property preservation. All vendors act and work as their own independent company separate from ACAS.
Additionally, each and every applicant will be subject to a background check which will be part of what determines the eligibility of becoming a vendor for ACAS. The applicant is also responsible for the fee involved in obtaining their backround report.
